Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Type One Exteriors, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion at typeoneexteriors@gmail.com or (208) 818-6970. We will make it right by returning to re-service the area at no additional charge.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered unless we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

No-Show Policy If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property, a trip fee may apply.
